Vintage sterling silver pendant featuring a domed blue glass cabochon set in an ornate 925 beaded frame, paired with a natural clear quartz point capped in detailed silverwork. The piece weighs 11.2 grams and measures approximately 3 inches long. Stamped 925 on the back.
