Antique sterling silver overlay vase with cobalt blue glass liner. London hallmarks for 1917, maker's mark W. Pierced vertical silver cage with applied floral swags and birds. Scalloped rim with rope border.

Removable deep cobalt glass insert. No chips or cracks to glass. No dents or splits to silver. Light surface wear consistent with age. A very decorative and well-proportioned example of early 20th century London silver.
