Antique 1919 Sterling Silver & Cut Glass Vanity Bottle Set London Hallmark
Beautiful matching set of three antique sterling-mounted cut-glass vanity bottles, all fully hallmarked for London, 1919. Maker: SBW (Samuel Boyce Wolff). Purity: Lion passant (sterling silver). Assay Office: Leopard's head (London). Date letter: D for 1919. These bottles were originally part of an Edwardian traveling or dressing-table set. All have matching faceted glass bodies and thick bases - a complete set that is increasingly hard to find. Tall bottle with rounded cap: 7.5 (19 cm). Tall bottle with flat collar: 7.5 (19 cm). Short bottle: 4.5 (11.5 cm). Sterling silver has age-appropriate patina and small dents typical of 100-year-old pieces. Glass is clear with expected light wear. No cracks or major chips. Overall, a beautiful, display-ready antique set. Originally for perfume, lotion, cologne, and toiletry travel storage. Today they present beautifully in vintage décor, display cabinets, boutiques, or collections.
