Hall and Walker, Sheffield, England. Lavender Salts Bottle; Scent Bottle.
Crystal with Silver Lid; Clear. Antique English Cut Glass hallmarked 1907. Measurements: 2 1/2" diameter and 5" high. The bottle has has two flat chips on the edge of the base as seen in the photos.
The balance of the piece is free of chips and cracks. Under close inspection two tiny fleabites can be found on the cut panel intersections. There are no flaws in the glass. The base has light shelf wear as expected. The interior is clean but there slight cloudiness.
The lid and collar are both sterling hallmarked and of good weight and quality (ie not paper thin). The collar is cemented to the bottle. The exterior is very nice with no notable dents, bends or deep scratches. The interior is gold washed but has some residue and scratches as seen in the photos. The hinge functions flawlessly and snaps properly into place.
The lid (not including the sterling silver collar) weighs approximatly 2.7 oz. Pictures are of the item(s) you will receive.
