With its unique style and craftsmanship, it would make a stunning addition to any collection or a striking display piece in a home. The silver is fully hallmarked for the maker Arthur Willmore Pennington along with the Birmingham mark and a "d" for the date 1903. It is in generally fine condition with only a couple very minor flakes at the base edge which is typical for bottles of this age with a flat polished base. The silver could easily be polished to a bright shine or left as is depending on your taste. It measures roughly 4 3/4 tall including the stopper.
