Antique Old Art Nouveau Sterling Silver Lid Cut Glass Vanity Dressing Powder Jar. This is a nice antique decorative cut glass and Sterling Silver lidded dresser or powder jar. This jar is an antique from the Art Nouveau period.

The jar is made of hand cut lead glass. The lid is marked by the maker : STERLING (see photos).

This jar measures in total about 2.6 inches high, and it is about 4.25 inches wide from side to side. The sterling lid has been painted black at some point, and it has some bends and some wear (see photos). The jar has some chips and scuffs from age and use (see photos and / or written description for the condition of this item).
