Antique Rare French Uranium Vaseline Glass Rosary Beads Necklace Sterling Silver. This is a rare vaseline facet cut glass beaded rosary necklace. It is an adult size. The silver medallion/pendant both have a little mark in the eyelet, so they are probably sterling silver.
The pendant depicts Saint Mary, in Lourdes. All pictures, apart from the last (uv lamp), are taken with normal light, so the color of the glass is already bright green/yellow on it's own. Probably made around 1900, in France. Length necklace part: about 27 inch / 69 cm. Length pendant part: about 5 1/2 inch / 14 cm.
Good antique condition, beads are in good order, only some very minimal surface wear, see the photos. Flowers in the first photo are not included.
