Vintage Soviet 10.5 Cylinder Vase Cut Crystal Glass Sterling Silver 875 USSR. 10.5" tall and about 4" in diameter at center, top is 3 1/8 in diameter. Good used condition no breaks or cracks, discoloration to silver - has not been polished has small flakes as pictured, looks to have the mark M14 beside the 875 logo.
