Vintage Sterling Silver Overlay And Etched Glass Barware Service For 6

  

This is a vintage mixed set of cordial/shot glasses with tray. The tray is stamped SNR Mexico and has a floral etched glass bottom which matches 5 of the glasses. 5 of the glasses are etched and one is not. Of the etched 5, they all have a W stamp on the bottom and have a different number on each - 1, 3, 5, 8, 13 and the non etched glass has a number 6 or 9 on it and a symbol I don't recognize.

4 of the silver overlays are stamped Hecho in Mexico 925 OVM. 1 of the overlays is stamped SNR 925 Hecho in Mexico, like the tray, and the last overlay is stamped Hecho in Mexico 925 with a 3 initial brand stamp that is not legible. We believe the SNR and the unrecognizable branded overlays are solid sterling. The other 4 are overlayed silver.

The tray may be solid 925 as well. This sounds like a lot of mix and match but the set really does look good as a whole.
